This homemade whipped topping is a fantastic low-fat substitute for heavy cream or commercial aerosol toppings. Made with just nonfat dry milk powder, ice water, sugar, and vanilla, it whips up into a surprisingly stable and airy foam. The texture is soft and creamy, offering a subtle sweetness that complements both warm and cold desserts. It is perfect for topping strawberries, coffee, yogurt parfaits, or fruit salads. Because it uses no fat, it is a guilt-free way to add volume and richness to your dishes. Note that this topping is best served immediately as it does not hold its shape as long as fat-based whips.
