Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together: Sugar, Cake flour, Baking soda, Baking powder.

In another bowl, cream together: Butter, Eggs.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
