  1. Cut the chicken into serving-sized pieces.
  2. Dredge the chicken pieces in a mixture of salt, pepper, curry powder, and flour.
  3. In a large pot, fry minced onion and salt pork until golden brown.
  4. Add the dredged chicken to the pot and brown slowly on all sides.
  5. Add chicken stock or water with bouillon cubes to the pot.
