minced 2 c Zucchini, julienned 1 c Corn niblets 1/4 c Black olives, sliced Preheat oven to 400F (204&# 194;°C).

Place one tortilla on an ungreased oven baking sheet & layer with half the remaining ingredients.

Top with a second tortilla & the rest of the filling.
