Clam Puffs
Description
These Clam Puffs are a delightful appetizer that combines the airy lightness of choux pastry with the savory richness of minced clams. The dough is made by cooking flour into a butter and clam juice mixture, then beating in eggs to create a smooth, pipeable batter. Fresh herbs like chives, thyme, and dillseed add aromatic depth, while a hint of paprika provides color and warmth. Perfect for holiday gatherings, cocktail parties, or as an elegant starter for a seafood dinner, these puffs offer a satisfying crunch on the outside and a tender, flavorful filling inside. They are easy to assemble in advance and bake just before serving, ensuring they stay fresh and crisp for your guests.Ingredients
