unsifted 1/2 c Butter 1 Egg 1 ts Vanilla 1/2 ts Brandy or mint extract 2 c All-purpose flour 1/4 c Cocoa 1/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Sour

cream 1 c Shredded coconut

Cream together sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and brandy extract until smooth.

Combine flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.

Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.

Stir in coconut.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.

Bake in 350-degree oven 12 to 15 minutes.
