  1. Temperature 3 Egg whites -- whipped 1 c Carrots -- shredded Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and allspice. In another mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg white, and carrots. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake for 30 minutes depending on pan size
  2. Brown sugar -- packed
