Description

Ingredients

Directions

  1. OR 1 veg.
  2. bouillon 1 ts Sweet butter Bring water to boil.
  3. Add ingredients except butter in order given.
  4. Cover and bring to boil.
  5. Simmer 20 mins or until veggies are soft.
  6. Remove 1/2c carrots with slotted spoon.
  7. Puree remaining ingredients in blender.
  8. Return to heat.
  9. Add reserved carrots and buter.
  10. Reheat and serve.
  11. Garnish with 3T sour cream and 1T chives, if desired
