Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together: Butter 1 ts Baking powder, Sugar 1 ts Baking soda, 1 pn Salt, Flour.

In another bowl, cream together: Butter 1 ts Baking powder, Sour cream 1 ts Vanilla.
