Cheese; grated or Strips of cottage cheese Peel and grate cassava.

Beat eggs; add sugar, butter and salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Add the grated cassava and coconut milk.

Mix well and place in a pan or bibinka mold lined with banana leaves.
