Giardiniera Redo
Description
This vibrant giardiniera features crisp carrots, celery, and green peppers preserved in a sweet-and-sour vinegar brine infused with mustard and celery seeds. The vegetables are first brined to ensure perfect crunch before being simmered gently in the spiced vinegar. The result is a colorful, tangy condiment that adds a zesty punch to antipasti platters, sandwiches, or cold cuts. It is an excellent make-ahead recipe that improves with age, making it ideal for parties or as a pantry staple.Ingredients
