cut in chunks 1/4 ts Ground nutmeg; 1 md Ripe banana; mashed 1 ts Rum extract; 3 ts Brown sugar; firmly packed 1 Egg white; 2 tb Reduced calorie margarine; +

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, beat all ingredients except egg white until smooth.

Add a small amount of water if necessary, to get a smooth consistency.

Beat egg white until stiff.

Fold gently into sweet potato mixture.
