Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the tart cherry pie filling into the raspberry gelatin mixture until well combined.
  3. Pour the cherry mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan and refrigerate until firm, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Meanwhile, dissolve the lemon gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth and well blended.
  6. Gradually add the dissolved lemon gelatin to the cream cheese mixture, beating continuously to prevent lumps.
  7. Gently fold in the crushed pineapple with its juice, whipped heavy cream, and miniature marshmallows.
  8. Spread the creamy lemon mixture evenly over the set cherry gelatin layer in the pan.
  9. Refrigerate the assembled salad for at least 2 hours, or until the top layer is completely set.
  10. Just before serving, sprinkle the top with chopped nuts.
  11. Cut into squares and serve chilled, optionally on a bed of lettuce leaves.
