  1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add leaf 1 1/4 c Beef broth and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add Onions 6 Lamb shanks and cook until tender.
  5. Return protein to skillet.
  6. Add leaf 1 1/4 c Beef broth, cloves 1 1/4 c Dry red wine and heat through.
  7. Season to taste and serve immediately.
