Keftethes Apo Ton Pontos (Meat Patties From Pontos)
Description
These traditional Keftethes from Pontos are a beloved Greek specialty known for their tender texture and robust flavor. Made with a blend of veal and pork, the ground meat is enriched with soaked stale bread, fresh parsley, mint, basil, and a hint of tomato. The addition of bicarbonate of soda ensures the patties puff up beautifully while frying, creating a light interior with a satisfying crunch. These savory bites are perfect for a hearty lunch, a festive mezze spread, or a comforting dinner served alongside roasted potatoes and fresh salad.Ingredients
