  3. Add the onion and saute, stirring occasionally, until softened; about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the paprika and stir until the onions turn reddish brown.
  5. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat until it sizzles.
  6. Brown the chicken on all sides.
  7. Drain on a paper towel.
  8. Transfer the chicken to the Dutch oven with the onions.
  9. Add the peppers and cook over medium heat, stirring, for five minutes.
