  1. Oil Salt Heat the oil in a large, deep pot.
  2. Cook the onion gently until it is golden & soft.
  3. Partially mash the cooked peas with a fork & then add ot the cooking onion.
  4. Add the tomatoes & mix well.
  5. Put in the turmeric & chili powder, seasoning & half the cilantro.
  6. After that, pour in the coconut milk, stirring to blend all the ingredients.
  7. Cover the pot & leave to simmer for 10 minutes before garnishing with the remaining cilantro.
  8. Serve over rice.
  9. Use parsley in place of cilantro.
