Marinated Mushrooms
Description
These cold marinated mushrooms are a vibrant, refreshing appetizer that requires no cooking, just patience. The earthy flavor of the mushrooms absorbs the bright acidity of lemon juice and the richness of olive oil, creating a deeply savory profile. Fresh garlic, green onions, and parsley add aromatic complexity and a pleasant crunch. Perfect for serving at parties, potlucks, or as a light starter before a heavier main course, they are best when given time to meld flavors in the refrigerator. Simple, vegan, and utterly delicious.Ingredients
