Mini Meat Loaf
Description
These mini meat loaves are a charming twist on the classic comfort food, offering all the savory satisfaction of a traditional loaf in a convenient, bite-sized format. Made with ground beef, finely chopped onions, and fresh parsley, the mixture is bound with egg and seasoned with pepper for a robust flavor profile. The addition of ketchup serves a dual purpose: it adds moisture to the meat mix and creates a sweet, tangy glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven. These little loaves are ideal for holiday appetizers, potlucks, or as a fun side dish for kids. They hold their shape well and can be served warm or at room temperature.Ingredients
