  1. cored and halved 1/3 c Water 4 ts Sugar 4 ts All-Purpose Flour 1/2 ts Ground Nutmeg 1 1/2 c Light
  2. Place apples in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish,
  3. add water.
  4. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and keep warm.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg.
  7. Stir in cream.
  8. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Serve warm over apples
