Add molasses, salt & oil to scalded milk.

Pour, with boiling water, over oats, stir well & let stand till lukewarm.

Dissolve yeadt in lukewarm water & let rise.

Mix gluten with flour & add to oat mix.

Beat well.

Add yeast & mix thoroughly.

Knead for 5 minutes, use more flour as necessary.

Place in a covered, oiled bowl & let rise till doubled.

Punch down, divide in half, cover & let rise for 10 minutes.

Form into 2 loaves.

Place loaf tins, oil the tops & let rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake at 400F (204&# 194;°C) for 10 minutes & then (177ðC) at 350F for 60 ~65 minutes.
