  1. Clean and peel shrimp, leaving end of tail intact if you wish, and remove vein.
  2. Wash and pat dry.
  3. Stir fry shrimp in hot oil until cooked--about 3 -4 minutes.
  4. Remove shrimp; drain oil from wok.
  5. Add remaining ingredients to wok;
  6. heat to boiling; return shimp to wok;
  7. cover and
  8. cook for 30 seconds.
