Description

This refreshing Peach Fizz is a vibrant, fruity beverage that captures the essence of summer in a glass. Blending the natural sweetness of canned sliced peaches with the zesty tang of frozen limeade, it creates a smooth and balanced flavor profile. The addition of peach gelatin adds a subtle depth of fruit flavor, while chilled tonic water provides a light, effervescent kick. Perfect for potlucks, casual gatherings, or a hot afternoon treat, this drink is incredibly easy to prepare. The pureed peach mixture gives it a lovely texture and color, making it visually appealing as well as delicious. It serves as a wonderful non-alcoholic option that delights both children and adults alike.

Note

For best results, ensure the limeade mixture is thoroughly chilled before adding the tonic water to maintain carbonation.

You can substitute fresh peach puree for canned peaches if desired, but adjust the sweetness accordingly as canned peaches contain syrup.

If you prefer a stronger peach flavor, use an additional package of peach gelatin or add a splash of peach nectar.

This drink can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but add the tonic water only when ready to serve to keep it fizzy.
