Penuche Drop Cookies
Description
These no-bake Penuche Drop Cookies offer a delightful twist on traditional caramel treats. The combination of light brown sugar, butter, and milk creates a rich, toffee-like syrup that binds quick oats and chopped nuts together. The result is a chewy, satisfying cookie with deep molasses notes and a pleasant crunch from the nuts. Perfect for quick snacks, potlucks, or satisfying a sweet tooth without turning on the oven. They are easy to make with pantry staples and store well for days.Ingredients
