Ingredients :

  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon coconut butter
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

Directions :

  1. In a blender or food processor, one by one add all the ingredients. Blend or process of pulse mode until combine well.
  1. Place your air fryer on a flat kitchen surface; plug it and turn it on. Set temperature to 355 degrees F and let it preheat.
  2. Grease 12 muffin molds. Add the mixture to the molds evenly.
  3. Add them to the air frying basket. Push the air-frying basket in the air fryer. Let your air fryer cook the added molds for the next 15 minutes.
  4. Slide out the basket; cool down the molds and serve warm!
