  1. Flour 1 ts Salt 2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Soda Combine raisins and water; bring to boiling. Cool to room temperature. Mix next 4 ingredients. Stir in raisin mixture. Sift together dry ingredients; add, beating well. Pour into greased 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 60 minutes or till done. Posted from the Echo's Library
