Description

  1. Preheat the oven to 350�F (175�C).
  2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saut� the Canadian bacon for about 1 minute on each side, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Arrange the bacon slices around the rim of a 10-inch pie plate to form a decorative scalloped edge.
  4. Lay the Swiss cheese slices over the bottom of the pie plate, slightly overlapping each slice.
  5. Break each egg into a small bowl, then gently slide it onto the cheese to keep the yolks intact.
  6. Pour the light cream evenly over the eggs and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
