  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Chop the parsley and onions very fine.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a well oiled ring mold.
  4. Let stand for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F.
  6. oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Turn out onto a hot platter and fill the center with creamed shrimp and hard cooked eggs.
  8. Serve at once
