Chop 1 cup celery into 1/2-inch pieces, 1 cup onion into 1/2-inch pieces, and mince 2 garlic cloves.

In the bottom of a slow cooker, combine the undrained navy beans, tomato juice, chopped carrots, celery, onion, minced garlic, 2 bay leaves, chicken bouillon granules, dried basil, and dried oregano. Stir to mix evenly.

Place 8 skinned, frozen chicken drumsticks on top of the bean and vegetable mixture.
