  1. Crumbled 1/2 ts Tarragon 1/4 c Cornstarch 1/4 c Water 1 c Dairy sour
  2. Coat chicken with mixture of flour, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
  3. In large skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit, brown chicken in oil.
  4. Add onion, celery, wine, bouillon cube, and tarragon.
  5. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Turn control to high.
  7. Remove chicken to warm shallow dish.
  8. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into pot.
  9. Cook on high 15 minutes.
  10. Turn heat off; stir in sour cream.
  11. Pour sauce over chicken; serve hot
