Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together: Flour, Granulated sugar, Cocoa, Baking powder.

In another bowl, cream together: Egg white, Vanilla.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour batter into prepared pan.
