In 1-cup microwavable measuring cup, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute.

Microwave at High about 40 seconds, or until gelatin dissolves; stir and let stand 3 minutes.

In food processor or electric blender, blend cheeses, sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.

With motor running, gradually add gelatin mixture, processing until smooth.
