  1. Six ramekins or long-stemmed -wine goblets.
  2. Several hours (up to 24) ahead,
  3. combine the raisins and the rum in a small bowl,
  4. cover tightly with plastic and

  7. Break the chocolate into pieces and process in a processor until ground very fine.
  8. Heat the creme Fraiche to the boiling point, and with the motor running,
