  1. Bring 4 cups (32 oz.) of water to a rolling boil in a kettle or saucepan.
  2. Place 6 tea bags in a teapot or large heat-proof pitcher.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes for a strong brew.
  4. Remove the tea bags and discard them.
  5. Steam whole milk until it is hot and frothy, if desired.
  6. Pour 5 oz. of the hot tea into each serving cup.
  7. Add a splash of almond syrup to each cup and stir gently to combine.
  8. Top the tea with 1 tablespoon of steamed milk.
