Chppd 1/4 ts Red pepper flakes Salt and pepper 1/4 c Cilantro -- chopped Toast chiles in hot dry skillet until soft.

Remove stems and seeds.

In blender, process chiles with broth to form smooth paste.

Set aside.

Saute onion, garlic and jalapenos in oil until tender.

Stir in tomatillos and orange juice.
