  1. Soak sounds in cold water for 24 hours.
  2. Drain sounds, and cover with fresh cold water.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Chop in small piecers.
  5. Previously
  6. soak hard bread for 12 hours in cold water, break in small pieces after drainking, and then
  7. add to tender sounds.
  8. Cut salt pork in tiny squares,
  9. mix in raisins, molasses and spices and
  10. pour mixture over sounds and hard bread.
