Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the orange, cherry, and lime gelatin mixes separately according to package directions, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each flavor.
  2. Pour each prepared gelatin mixture into separate 8-inch square pans or shallow dishes.
  3. Refrigerate the gelatin pans until firm, which takes about 4 hours or overnight.
  4. While the gelatins chill, combine the pineapple juice and sugar in a small saucepan.
  5. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved and the liquid is hot.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon gelatin mix until fully dissolved.
  7. Add 1/2 cup cold water to the lemon gelatin mixture and stir well.
  8. Refrigerate the lemon gelatin mixture until it is slightly thickened, similar to the consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 15-20 minutes.
  9. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter.
  10. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. You can also press some crumbs up the sides if desired.
  11. Cut the chilled orange, cherry, and lime gelatins into 1/2-inch cubes.
  12. Prepare the Dream Whip mix according to package directions (using cold milk and/or egg whites as specified) or whip 2 cups of heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  13. Fold the slightly thickened lemon gelatin mixture into the prepared whipped topping until combined.
  14. Gently fold in the frozen gelatin cubes.
  15. Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan over the graham cracker crust.
  16. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 5 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely set.
  17. Before serving, run a knife or spatula around the edge of the pan to loosen the dessert, then remove the springform sides.
  18. Optionally, decorate the top and sides with additional whipped cream or dessert topping.
