Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, measure our the rye flour.
  2. Make a well in the centre.
  3. Dissolve the yeast in the water & add to the bowl.
  4. Add salt, oil & vinegar.
  5. Stir vigorously.
  6. Add the white flour.
  7. Knead well till the dough is pliable.
  8. Form into a round bread.
  9. Use a brush to oil the surface & set in a 9" round pan.
  10. Allow to double in size.
  11. Preheat oven to 350F (177&# 194;°C) & bake for 1 hour 15 minutes
