  1. Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1 tb Soy sauce 2 tb Shallot, minced 2 ts Curry powder
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a container.
  3. Swirl often when brushing over foods to prevent separation.
  4. Use to marinate cubed tempeh for 1 hour.
  5. Or brush over grilling eggplant, onions or potatoes.
  6. (To grill potatoes, try parboiling them first).
