  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

  10. Slowly pour in the cooled gelatin mixture and blend until smooth.
  11. In a separate clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  12. Gradually add powdered sugar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
  13. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the cheese mixture.
  14. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  15. Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture until just combined.
  16. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  17. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
