Paprika, as desired Thaw frozen fish.

Preheat oven to 400 F (204&# 194;°C) (hot).

Grease baking sheet.

Add fish to boiling, salted water.

Cover and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Drain and flake.

Remove bones, if present.

Mix fix, breadcrumbs, and parsley.

Mix salad dressing (mayonnaise), egg, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and pepper thoroughly.
