  1. (type I) 1/2 Lemon, juice only Soak prawns in boiling hot water until they are soft.
  2. Rinse and drain, then mince them.
  3. Grind onion and chillies until fine.
  4. Pound the chillies and onion finely with salt.
  5. Heat oil and fry chilli mixture until soft.
  6. Add minced prawns and mix well.
  7. Then add coconut milk, stirring and bring to boil on medium heat.
  8. Reduce heat, allow to simmer until mixture is thick for about 30 minutes.
  9. Stir from time to time.
  10. Add lemon juice 3 minutes before finishing the cooking.
