  1. Mix marinade ingredients together & pour into a long casserole dish.
  2. Place the meat into this mixture and then spoon someover the top.
  3. Cover & place into the refrigerator.
  4. Turn meat every 6-8 hours.
  5. After 24 hours it is ready to cook.
  6. Grill over coals to taste.
  7. Brush with marinade as it cooks.
  8. Excellent tasting marinadevery good on ribs too!
