OR- any EDEN food beverage 4 tb Flax seed* 4 c Unbleached white flour 2 ts Baking powder 2 ts Baking soda 1 ts LIMA Sea Salt 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/2 ts Allspice 3 c Grated raw carrots 1 c Chopped walnuts 1/2 c Raisins *(grind flax in a coffee grinder and

Preheat oven to 350 F (177&# 194;°C).

Blend oil, maple syrup and EDENsoy (With diSSOlVed flax seed).

Sift flour with baking powder and soda.

Add remaining ingredients.

Mix well, add wet ingredients to dry and stir in well.
