  1. Filling: 1/2 c Sweet potatoes, cooked -- Mashed 1/4 c Crushed pineapple -- Drained 1/4 c Sugar 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 c Coconut flakes
  2. Mix pastry ingredients until mixture holds together, chill.
  3. Cut into 3" circles.
  4. Mix filling together.
  5. Place heaping teaspoonfuls on each pastry circle; fold over and press edges together.
