Description

This British bread features Warm water, Dry yeast, Vegetable oil, Salt, Unbleached white flour. The flavors come together beautifully. Wonderful fresh from the oven, pairs well with any meal. Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix water, yeast, oil & salt.
  2. Beat in the white flour, followed by the whole wheat flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Oil the dough's surface & allow to proof till light, about 25 minutes.
  5. Knead dough slightly, till soft.
  6. Cut into 6 pieces & roll each piece in cornmeal.
  7. Form each ball into muffins, 3 3/4 inches in diameter.
  8. Place on a cookie sheet.
  9. Preheat oven to 350F (177&# 194;°C) & bake for 15 minutes
