Heat oven to 350F (177&# 194;°C). In 13x9 baking pan melt butter. Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions. Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter. Set half of fillets aside & other half place in panlayer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe. Cover with remaining fillet half & sprinkle w/parm cheese.
