  12. Place the pork pieces in the basket, making sure they don’t touch.
  13. Insert the basket into the pot and attach the air fryer lid.
  14. Press the Air Fry button and set the cook time for 20 minutes at 350F (180C), then press Start.
  15. Rotate the pork pieces when prompted.
  16. When the the thickest part of the pork; it should register 140F (60C).
  17. If the pork is not fully cooked, add more the pork is fully cooked.
  18. Use tongs to carefully
  19. transfer the pork to a cutting board and
  20. rest for 5-10 minutes, then
  21. cut into slices.
  22. Serve over a bowl of polenta, if desired.

  24. Layer the pork with slices of Swiss cheese, pickles, ham, and mustard on long sandwich rolls.
  25. Cut the sandwich in half,

  27. place in the air fryer basket.
  28. (Use a piece of aluminum foil underneath to prevent a cheesy mess.) Press the Air

  31. cook time for 5 minutes at 375F (190C) (or until the cheese is melted), then press Start
