Oven Method: Preheat oven to 375ðF (190ðC). Grease a 10-inch baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper sauce in a bowl. Stir in rice, tomato, cheese, chilies, and onions. Pour into the dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
