  2. Place popcorn in a large 4 inch butttred baking pan.
  3. Keep warm in oven.
  4. Combine all ingredients except popcorn in a large saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Lower head and cook until mixture reaches 250 on a candy thermometer.
  7. Mixture will bubble so watch closely to keep it from boiling over.
  8. Remove popcorn from oven and
